With Fiorella Collection
Casa Cenina has started an initiative that we hope to strenghten and improve in the near future. It is a series of booklets with our mark (together with that of the designers involved in this project) that present exclusively the new embroideries which unite tradition and modern taste. The concerning booklets, the Caterina de' Medici Embroidery- Ricciolo Cushion
and the Casalguidi Embroidery- Mirella Wall-organizer
, refresh the decorative motifs of the Italian tradition by recurring to several stitches, fabrics and threads. In fact, the aim of the Fiorella Collection
, funded in 2009 by Fiorella Gaggi, is that of offering projects for realizing embroideries and doilies of the Italian patrimony, by respecting their authenticity and loyally reproducing the instructions of the designers who have created them. The brand of Fiorella Gaggi collects several artists, among whom the Tuscan Rosalba Pepi and Il Club del Ricamo di Casale, aiming at the promotion in Italy and in the world the Italian embroidery. Already in our catalog, (we have presented them in an article of our blog
), these booklets will be officially presented during the 2010 Festa del Ricamo 2010. We are curious to know you opinions on them!
